Construction of the project Nonnewisen lot 7N in Esch-sur-Alzette - mission of execution architect

Call for applications for a mission of implementing architect in the interest of the construction of the project Nonnewisen lot 7N including the realization of 36 single-family houses of 3 different typologies in cowood construction, including exterior landscaping. The financial envelope allocated to the project is approximately EUR 18 500 000.

Call for applications for an execution architect mission in the interest of the construction of the project Nonnewisen lot 7N including the construction of 36 single-family houses of 3 different typologies in wood construction, including exteriowers. The financial envelope allocated to the project is approximately EUR 18 500 000. Only candidates who fulfill the legal requirements to perform the service in question may participate in the tender. The candidate will compulsorily submit with his offer the following documents: - a certificate of subscription to civil and professional liability insurance, --an extract from a criminal record or, failing that, an equivalent document issued by a judicial or administrative authority of the country of origin, - the certificate issued by the competent authority of the Member State according to which the service provider is in good standing with its obligations relating to the payment of social security contributions, its taxes and taxes according to the legal provisions of the pwhere it is established,

- a certificate providing information on registration in the professional register of the country of origin.

The candidates will be selected on the basis of their qualifications and their experience, competence, reliability and human and technical abilities. Candidates must provide the following documents:

Attribution criteria

The criteria for judging benefits are based on professional competence and technical and organizational capacity - concept: approach, methodology considered for the mission, ... (40%) - the professional competence: organization chart of the team in charge of the probject, qualification, experience, ... (40%) - technical assistance: presence on the premises, IT resources, ... (20%). Each candidate will be given a mark of 0 to 5 for each criterion. The points will then be weighted according to the percentage. Applicants are asked to refer to the full market report published on the website www.marches.public.lu.The application is to be drawn up exclusively on the basis of the indications of the opinion.
