The Building Directorate of Canton Zurich, represented by the Building Department (HBA), organizes a submission for the awarding of the general planner services on behalf of the real estate office (project planning, Tender and realization) for the reconstruction of the office buildinge Ausstellungsstrasse 80 and Ausstellungsstrasse 88 in 8005 Zurich. We are looking for a team (general planner with sub-planners) with planners in the fields of architecture (lead management), construction management, statics and building technology as well as building physics and acoustics. Experience with conversions and repair measures as well as the development and implementation of innovative work and businesseo concepts are a prerequisite.

The General PlAnerteam should carry out the project with a high architectural, constructional, technical and organizational competence and realize the execution of the construction project in a cost and quality conscious manner as well as on time under partly running operation.
