Framework agreement has purchase orders for the project management mission within the framework of the development of the district Pompignane in Montpellier

The contract to be awarded is a framework agreement has good of the command.

The missions entrusted are: AVP has AOR with mission ExE;

Missions complementary:

Mission OPC interchantiers

- mission responsible dproject (including complementary investigations and mapping) (RP),

- technical batch sheets (batch sheets),

- support of the contracting authority in the programming of public equipment (PEP),

- assistance mission brought to the owner of the work until the handing over of the works to the operators and / or concessionaires (AOR),

- assistance provided to the master of the work for the elaboratetechnical and financial contribution of the PUPs to come

The estimated envelope for the works at the stage of the program is 20 697 120 EUR HT

The framework agreement does not provide for a maximum or minimum order

Legal capacity:

1) in co-contracting case: letter of application identifying the representative of the group and his (each) co-contractor (s), signed by each member of the group or by the solethe authorized representative, if he proves he has been authorized by his (each) co-contractor (s), and for each member of the said grouping:

2) a declaration on his honor (see model attached to the RC) stating that it is not subject to one of the bidding bans as defined in Articles 45 and 48 of the ordinance of 23.7.2015 and is in compliance with Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212 -11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers.
