The target of the present The award procedure consists of the conclusion of a servicecontract for the provision of general planning services. The tendering object to be provided by the future contractor in the case of an order essentially comprises the following specialist planning: architecture, building services including object monitoring, electrical engineering including object monitoring, structural design, building physics and placoordination according to BauKG. On the other hand, the client will provide the specialist planning for testing, construction ecology, fire protection planning, geotechnical processing, infrastructure planning, construction site coordination in accordance with the BauKG and Oertliche Bauaufsicht to the future contractor and must be coordinated by the client and ultimately integrated into the general planning.
