The aim of Mobility Pricing (MP) is to spread the demand for mobility over time in the long term through usage-related levies and thus to utilize the transport infrastructure more equally. According to the traffic prices or taxes-Differentiated by rail and road on a daily basis. The assignment includes:
0 General Project Support,
1 Definition of Tariff Scenarios,
2 Development of Instruments,
3 Theoretical impact analysis using the Zug region,
4 Assessment of mobility pricing and comparison with alternatives using KNA,
5 Documentation with interim reports and Final Report,
6 Option: Refinement-of the tariff scenarios in the OeV and description of the traffic effect.
The following proofs of suitability / confirmations must be submitted together with the (specified) offer documents, otherwise the offer can not be considered: For EC1: Statement on the provision of comparable complexity and task in the Themes of Transport Economics, Vetrans-frontier modeling, impact analysis and cost-benefit analysis in traffic, each based on a reference project, with one reference project providing proof of several thematic areas.
On EK2 Confirmation of compliance with Swiss regulations on occupational safety and equal pay for men and women .
