Framework architectural project management agreement mainly for building operations

The Metropole of Lyon wishes to use, within the limits of use defined below, a project management mainly architectural in order to undertake restructuring, rehabilitations or constructionsnew buildings for which it is responsible. Concerning predominantly restructuring and rehabilitating operations, the estimate of the work must not exceed 6, 000, 000 EUR (excluding tax). Regarding new construction projects, this framework agreement can only be requested for projects for which the estimate of the prime contractor remuneration package will be less thanuil of the obligation to use the competition. As an indication, new projects for which the provisional estimate of works will be greater than 1, 000, 000 EUR excl. Tax may not be affected. This framework agreement does not present any exclusivity character to design a project management. The choice to use this tool will fully depend on the decision of the contracting authority.

This accord-cadre has no exclusivity to design a project manager. The choice to use this tool will fully depend on the decision of the contracting authority.

- the application letter (print DC1) or equivalent document allowing the identification of the candidate or each member of the grouping if the candidate is a grouping of `economic operators,

- a declaration on honesteur to justify that the operator:

—— does not enter into any of the cases of prohibition to tender to the public markets provided for in articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-11 CCP (if DC1 prints is not not used),

—— is in good standing with regard to articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers (Metropole model attached to the consultation file) when it is theresubject.

Precisions:

- if the candidate provides the DC1 print, he must in addition provide the certificate on honor relating to compliance with the provisions of the labor code above, or use the Metropole model attached to the consultation file which valid for bans on bidding and for compliance with articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the labor code. Compliance with obligationsfor disabled workers applies to all employers, employing at least twenty employees, including public industrial and commercial establishments (art.l.5212-1 labor code),

- if the candidate is a group of economic operators, each member of the grouping must provide a declaration on honor,

- the candidate must inform the buyer without delay of any change incourse of procedure, its situation with regard to Articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-11 CCP.

Appropriate declaration by banks or, where applicable, proof of insurance of relevant professional risks during validity at deadline for the submission of tenders.
