A) 1 chaverage annual turnover over the last 3 fiscal years of at least 400, 000.00 EUR;

b) 1 minimum number of 5 employees on average over the last 3 years. Trainees will not be counted as employees;

c) the candidate will have executed, in his quality of architect, during the last 10 years (date reference = date commissioned) 1 public building with construction costsshare greater than EUR 10, 000, 000;

d) the candidate will have executed during the last 5 years at least 1 building for school and 1 building for relay house.
