Jonava city pool new construction design and project supervision service
The main goal of the project is to design a one-story pool building with basement facilities (for pool service) adjacent to the football grandstands, Jonava sports arenas, the Midsummer Valley and the pond. Swimming poolThe complex should include a swimming pool with 4 walkways 25m each, a children's pool, a toddler pool, a spa with jacuzzi, 4 saunas and massage pools. There should also be a lounge area with loungers. The pool is designed along the slope into a beautiful landscape, so it is desirable to have an outdoor patio thatopen during the warm season and provide loungers or drinks. The building should blend into the existing landscape in both size and material.

Scope of services:
1) purpose of the structure and general indicators:
1.1) type of construction construction of new structure
1.2) land plot Žeimių g. 17 (div. Order no. 4610/0010: 91 Jonava, indicators: plot width
2) The main purpose of the project is to design a one-storey swimming pool building with basement facilities (for pool service) adjacent to the football grandstands, Jonava sports arena, Joninės valley and pond. The pool complex should consist of a swimming pool with 4 paths of 25 m each, a children's pool, a toddler pool, a spa with jacuzzi, 4 saunas and massage pools.ti and lounge area with loungers. The building will share a car park with adjacent facilities. The pool is designed alongside the slope into beautiful landscapes, so it is desirable to have an outdoor patio that is open during the warm season, for sun loungers or for a refreshing drink. The building should blend into the existing landscape both in size and material;conducting surveys, topographical measurements, preparation of several design proposals / visions and interior projects
4) preparation of technical design of approved vision, carrying out publicity procedures
5) obtaining of building permit
6) supervision of construction project execution during construction
Contracting the organization shall require the supplier, when submitting a tender and declaring that:he and the entities on which he relies meet the requirements of suppliers (absence of grounds for exclusion, qualification requirements) by submitting a completed European Single Procurement Document (hereafter "ECSD"). Entities whose capacity is not relied upon by the supplier are not required to submit to the CSD.
