This service contract concerns the complete mission of study and follow-up of the execution ofWorks related to the project of renovation and extension of our head office.
The current headquarters is in a remarkable setting: former notary villa in a park sports. Buildings, access and current circulation must be reinterpreted: demolitions, extensions, renovations.
The existing gross office space is 900 m for 28 employees; the estimated final gross area is 1 500 m for 40 workstations. The workshops and housing annexes will represent about 500 additional m. The budget foreseen for the works and the installations is of 3, 600, 000 EUR without taxes and fees.
The problems to be solved are the lack of spaces of work and of conviviality, the promiscuite offices / visitors, as well as the access PMR.
The goal is to consider the future, while offeringa pleasant working environment as well as a qualitative and contemporary brand image, based on notions of reception and public service. The will is to preserve and enhance the exceptional site, requalify by a reorganization of access and circulation. The development of convivial spaces and the implementation of more contemporary work spaces are part of theproposal.
The study of flows and circulations, furniture, qualification and finish of interior and exterior spaces are part of the reflection.
Savings of use and new technologies will be integrated, but in a relevant and reasoned way. .
The author of the project must have the following skills: architecture, interior architecture (furniture and signalsspecial techniques and PEB, stability, acoustic, landscaping, safety-health co-ordination.
The contract will be awarded on the basis of qualitative criteria (70%) and economic criteria (30%), better defined in the specifications.
