This tender concerns the request for a design team, consisting of an architect and a number of advisors, for the revitalization of the sports cluster Vondersweijde.

Main Site: Oldenzaal

The assignment includes the integrail design for the revitalization of the Sport Cluster Vondersweijde. This concerns:

- Making an integral preliminary design, definitive design

- making a technical design in co-creation with the contractor (building team)

- the part of the integral design with aspects in the field of architecture, construction installation technique, durability, building physics, acoustics, bedge safety and fixed and made-to-measure furniture,

- Making possible and advising on phased renovation

- Making an integral cost estimate per phase

- Contributing to the selection of the contractor

In addition, the scope of the assignment is:

- Integration with fixed and tailor-made furniture and advice on loose furniture

- Aesthetic guidance during the execution phase.

Integrathe alignment between the various disciplines is essential in the entire design process. All phases are concluded with a phase document and a decision-making moment. The design team draws up a cost estimate and a validation of its own phase result for the decision making process.
