CPV Description: Architectural and related services - Engineering design services for civil engineering works - Engineering design services for mechanical and electrical installations for buildings - Project and design preparation - Within the archaeological site of the Castle of Arta, the hotel was built, at the end(the study, preliminary study, final study, application study and tender dossier), the static study (imprint study, preliminary study, final study, study application and tender documents) and the electromechanical study (preliminary study, final study, application study and issuesauction). The estimated value of the contract amounts to EUR 818 924.93 and includes the estimated fees for the following sub-categories of studies:

EUR 317 808.87 for a class 06 study (architectural studies) - CPV 71200000.

EUR 162 829.19, for class 08 (Static Design) - CPV 71322000.

EUR 185 246, 22, for category 09 (E / M Studies) - CPV 71321000.

38 785, 10EUR, for Tender Documents - CPV 71242000.

EUR 7 439.25, for a study of SAM and Φ.Α.Υ. - CPV 71300000.

and EUR 106 816, 30, for unforeseen expenses.

The right to participate shall be open to natural or legal persons or associations thereof, engaged in the design of classifications referred to in Article 12.1 and located in: Member State of the Union. (b) Member State of the European Union(c) third countries that have signed and ratified the SIC, to the extent that the public procurement contract is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5 and (d) third countries not covered by paragraph (c) of this paragraph and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements(c) and (c) and (c) and (c) and (d) of Article 19, d) of paragraph 1 of Article 77 of Law 4412/2016. These associations are not required to have a specific legal form for the-submitting a bid. The association of natural or legal persons may refer to the same or different categories of studies.

Tenderers are required to be registered in the relevant professional register kept in their country of establishment. Tenderers established in Greece are required to be enrolled in the registers of designers or study firms in the category / categorystudies referred to in Article 12.1 hereof. Tenderers established in other Member States of the European Union are required to be registered in the respective Registers of Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

(A) the average annual turnover of the three (3) last management (2015, 2016 and 2017).

(b) Occupational risk insurance-in the case of an association of economic operators, the participation guarantee also includes the condition that the guarantee covers the obligations of all of the economic operators involved in the association.

Participation guarantees include at least the following elements, -in accordance with Article 72 (4) of Law 4412/2016: (a) the date of issue; (b) the issuer; (c) the contracting authority to which it is addressed (or the principal); (e) the amount covered by the guarantee; (f) the full name, the VAT number; and the address of the economic operator in favor of whom the guarantee is issued (in the case of a union, all the above(a) the guarantee is irrevocably and unconditionally granted, and the issuer waives the right of division and dissolution; and (bb) that, if it is divested, the amount of the divestiture is subject to (h) the details of the relevant declaration (number, year, title of study) and the closing date for submission of tenders(i) an undertaking by the issuer of the guarantee to pay the amount of the guarantee, in whole or in part within five (5) days, after a simple written notice of that guarantee • The participation guarantee must be valid for at least 30 days after the expiration of the term of validity of the offer in Article 13 herein, until 20.8.2019, otherwise the offer is rejected. The contracting authority may, before the end of the tender, ask the tenderer to extend the term of validity of the tender and of the participation guarantee before their expiry.

Participation guarantees shall be forfeited to the developer in agreement with the competent authority technical advice if the offeror withdraws his offer during theit provides false information or information referred to in Articles 17 to 19 herein, fails to provide in good time the information provided in article 22 of this document or fails to come to the signing of the contract in due time

Participation guarantees are reimbursed as follows: (b) to the other tenderers, in accordance with theArticle 72 of Law 4412/2016.

Performance Guarantee

The signing of the contract requires the performance of a performance guarantee in accordance with Article 72 (1) (b) of Law 4412/2016, the amount of which is set at 5% of the contract value, exclusive of VAT. and deposited before or at the signing of the contract.

The performance guarantee is forfeited in the event of a breach of theIn case of amendment of the contract, according to article 132 of Law 4412/2016, which entails an increase in the contract value, the contractor is obliged to deposit, before the amendment, an additional guarantee, the amount of the contract 5% of the amount of the increase excluding VAT.

The performance guarantee for the contract coverswithout any discrimination, the application of all the terms of the contract and any claim by the contracting authority or the owner of the contract vis---vis the contractor. The performance guarantee shall be forfeited in favor of the developer by a reasoned decision of the head of the management department, of the contractor's discount. The contractor's objection to the decision does not suspend the collection-of the amount of the guarantee.

Performance Letters of Guarantee include at least the items mentioned in paragraph 15.1 hereof and, in addition, the number and title of the relevant contract.
