Predmetom zakazky je poskytthe services of the developer and the requirements of the Client for the construction of the modernization of the Ružinovska radiala tram lines, the provision of engineering activities in the representation of the investor in consultation with the affected bodies protecting the public interest according to special regulations and other interested entities, the execution of the author supervision at the stage of realization of the respective building, the authorof the supervision of the execution of the buildings according to the project documentation certified by the building office in the building proceedings. In detail, the subject of the order described in Section B.1 of the tender documents entitled: Brief description of the subject of the order and in section B.3 Contract terms of delivery of the subject of the order, Annex no. 3 to the Works Contract Description of the Object and TP 019 Documentation and Public Building DocumentsThe Public Procurer within the scope of the Object requires the provision of the following services, which will result in the preparation and delivery of the Client's Requirements including:

a) completion of the documentation for the Grounds decision (DUR),

b) completing the documentation of the construction focus within the meaning of the lawand no. 254/1998 Coll. (c) documentation of surveys, (d) drawing up of project documentation, (e) carrying out of author's supervision, (f) engineering activities.

The expected range of services requested over the duration of the contractual relationship as a result of this procurement procedure is specified in Section B.1 of the tender dossier entitled: Brief description of the subject of zakaand in section B.3 of the tender documents entitled "Contractual terms of delivery of the subject of the order", Annex no. 3 to the Works Contract Description of the subject matter and TP 019 Documentation of buildings and roads which is publicly available on the SSC page

List and short description of the conditions: - 32 par. 1 ZVO pism. (a) the applicant, nor its statutory body, nor a member of the statutory body, nor a member of the supervisory organ nor a procuratorthe criminal act of legalizing the adoption of criminal offenses, the criminal act of founding, representing and supporting the criminal group, the criminal act of founding, representing or supporting a terrorist group, the criminal act of terrorism and some forms of participation in the event of a criminal act of corruption, a criminal act of damaging the financial interests of the European Communities, on terrorism, the crime of trading-with a person, a criminal offense, which is in fact a criminal offense related to the conduct or criminal act of a public procurement and public auction. (B) the applicant has no arrears of health insurance, social insurance and old-age pension contributions in the Slovak Republic; or (b) the claimant does not have the arrears of the insurance premium for health insurance, social insurance and old-age pension contributions in the Slovak Republic; or-in place of business, place of business or usual residence. The Applicant proves that the conditions are attested by a certified confirmation by the Health Insurance Company and the Social Insurance Company no more than 3 months,

c) the Applicant does not have tax arrears in the Slovak Republic or in the status of the place of business, place of business or usual residence. The Applicant demonstrates the fulfillment of the condition with the confirmation of the local tax payernot more than 3 months, d) the bankruptcy of the applicant's assets has not been declared bankruptcy, is not in restructuring, is not in liquidation, nor has there been a bankruptcy proceedings for lack of assets or bankruptcy proceedings for lack of assets. The applicant demonstrates the fulfillment of the conditions attested by the confirmation of the relevant barrel not more than 3 months, e) the applicant is entitled to provide the projectin service, development of project documentation for traffic structures. The applicant demonstrates the fulfillment of the condition by a document proving the right to provide services which corresponds to the subject of the contract, the engineering design services, (f) the applicant has not been banned in part in the public procurement by the final decision in the Slovak Republic or in the status of the place of business, Residential. The Applicant demonstrates fulfillment of the condition by documenting the declaration of honor.According to Section 152, 1 ZVO applicant entered in the list of economic entities at Urade for public procurement - the employer may prove fulfillment of the conditions of personal belonging to the list of economic entities. If the right of the applicant applies to a seat, place of business or habitual residence outside the Slovenskeof the Republic does not regulate the institute of affirmation of honor, it may be replaced by a declaration made by a court, a body of law, a notary, another professional institution or a commercial institution according to the rules in force in the seat of the applicant, the place of business or usual residence of the applicant. If the applicant has a place of business, his place of business or usually resides outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the status of his place of business, the place of businessyear or usual residence, does not issue any of the documents referred to in Article 32 (2) of the GPA, nor does it issue or provide equivalent documents, may be replaced by an honorary declaration under the rules in force in the state of his or her place of business, place of business or usual residence. Under Section 37 3. The FVO group of suppliers shall demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation in the public procurement of the personal status of eachlene group separately. The correction to provide the service is demonstrated by a member of the group only in relation to that part of the subject of the order that I provide. Under Article 152 (3) of the GPA, the contracting authority shall recognize an equivalent record or registration certificate issued by the competent body of another Member State by which the tenderer proves that the conditions for participation in the procurement have been fulfilled. Pursuant to - 187 (7) of the FVO, the entry in the list belowThe list and short description of the criterion to be selected in the sense of the FVO: Financial and economic status Applicant of the proof according to - 33 par. 1 letter. a) ZVA by submitting a statement of a bank or a branch of a foreign bank no more than 3 months to the day of submitting the bids. The handler can-proof of financial and economic standing to use the financial resources of another person, regardless of their legal relationship. In such a case, the tenderer must prove to the public procurement agent that in the performance of the contract he will actually use the resources of the person whose status is useful in demonstrating financial and economic status. The fact according to the second sentence is proved by the tenderer by a written contract concluded with-the person whose resources are meant to prove their financial and economic status. From a written contract, the person's handbag must appear to provide performance during the duration of the contractual relationship. The person whose resources are to be used to prove his financial and economic status must demonstrate compliance with the terms of part-time status, except for Section 32 1 letter. e) ZVO and do not exist with itthe exclusion of the evidence pursuant to - 40 par. 6 sheets. (a) to (h) and 7 ZVO. In the case of a tenderer who makes a group of contractors involved in a public procurement, proof of compliance with the conditions of part of the financial and economic standing for all members of the group is required together. Pursuant to Section 33 (4) of the GPA, if an applicant fails to provide objective evidence to prove financiallythe economic and financial standing of the document is determined by the contracting authority, the financial and economic status may be demonstrated by the submission of another document which the contracting authority considers appropriate. The contracting authority shall exclude from the tendering of the tenderer if, on the basis of reliable information, I believe that the tenderer has concluded a public procurement with another economic entitym agreement disrupting the economy. The instructor may use the technical and professional capacity of another person to prove technical competence or professional competence, regardless of their legal relationship. In this case, the tenderer must demonstrate to the contracting authority that in the course of performance of the contract or concession contract he will actually use the capacity of the person whose ability to usetechnical competence or professional competence. The fact of the second sentence is demonstrated by the tenderer by a written contract concluded with a person whose technical and professional capacity is to prove his competence or professional competence. From a written contract, the person has to be able to provide his / her capacity throughout the duration of the contractual relationship. The person whose capacity is to be usedin order to prove his technical competence or professional competence, he must prove that he fulfills the terms and conditions of the person's personal status and must not have evidence of his exclusion pursuant to - 40 par. 6 sheets. (a) to (h) and 7 ZVO; the right to provide the service proves in relation to that part of the object of the procurement for which the capacities were provided to the applicant. In the case of an education-related requirementanimation, professional qualifications or relevant professional experience, in particular under paragraph 1 of the letter. g), the applicant can only use the capacities of another person if he / she actually performs the services that the capacities are required for. If an applicant demonstrates the competence or professional competence of a technician through the technical and professional capacities of another person and during the duration of the contract there is a performance that is demonstrated bythe tenderer is entitled to provide such performance only on his own or through that person by a written contract with which he has demonstrated that status; the possibility of changing the subcontractor is not affected by these. The bond of the offer must be secured by the security pursuant to - 46 par. 1 letter. (a) ZVO at a fixed amount of EUR 42 539.00. The conditions for the composition, release or return of the security are given in the tender documents.
