Each vial contains 400 units of imiglucerase. vials

1) Only those who qualify for the status quo set out in-32 ods. 1 ZVO.

2) Fulfillment of these conditions by the applicant shall be evidenced by the documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2 ZVO.

3) If the applicant, the place of business or the residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic can prove compliance with these conditions pursuant to - 32 par. 4 and para. 5 ZVO.

4) Participants can also prove their participation conditions:

a) in accordance with -39 ZVO by a single European document, or

b) in accordance with -152 ZVO, the information onon the list of economic operators. The contracting authority shall recognize as equivalent the registration or the certificate of registration issued by the competent body of another member state of the European Union. 4 ZVO to verify the registration of the economic operator in the economic list

6) A group of suppliers demonstrates the fulfillment of the conditions of participation in a public procurement relating to the personal status of each member of the group separately. The right to supply goods, to carry out construction work or to provide a service shall be demonstrated by a member of the group only in relation to that part of the subject matter of the contract or concession to be provided.with. 1, pism. d) Applicant is a condition under - 40 par. 6 pism. 3) This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of its signing by the Parties and shall take effect on the day following the day of its publication in the Central Register of Contracts.
