Requirement 1.

The bidders, associates, third parties and subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided by art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

Modality prin which it can be demonstrated the fulfillment of the requirement: it will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE are to be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, by the tenderers ranked 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the leaderboardThe following documents may be:

1) Fiscal attestation certificates, certificates of absence of overdue debts, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) . Tax certificates must attest the absence of overdue debts at the time of their submission / submission;

Requirement 1.

Romanian legal / natural persons

Certificate issued by the national trade registry office from which the object of activity of the respective economic operator. The subject of the contract must have a correspondent in the CAEN code of the certificate issued by the ONRC.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: it will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE are to be presented at the request of the contracting authority onlyit is the tenderers placed on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the ranking prepared for the finalization of the evaluation of the bids.
