Domestic and international air transport services for RoAid staff in a delegation in the country and abroad, for the period 2018 2022

According to the provisions of art. 161 of Law 98/2016, modified by O.U.G. 107/2017, the economic operators will request clarifications to the tender documentation 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.Also, the contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to the clarification requests / additional information regarding the awarding documentation on the 10th day before the deadline set for submitting the bids in the tender notice. The framework agreement will be signed with a minimum of 2 economic operators and an unlimited number of economic operatorsr offers will be declared admissible. The contracting authority resumes the competition on the basis of the same terms and conditions set out in the Tender Specifications, in compliance with the following rules:

Estimated minimum value of the framework agreement: Lot 1 - Domestic voyages: 1 470 RON excluding VAT.

Estimated maximum value of the framework agreement: Lot 1 - DeplInternal Rate: 98 000 RON without VAT - Minimum estimated amount of the Framework Agreement: Lot 1 - Internal Dispatches - 3 Tickets

The estimated maximum amount of the Frame Agreement: Lot 1 - Internal Dispatches - 200 Tickets. large Subsequent contract: Lot 1 - Domestic displacements - Estimated maximum value: 24 500 RON without VAT.

Estimated quantity to be covered by the highest sub-contractcvent: Lot 1 - Domestic voyage - 50 tickets.

The participation guarantee is in the amount of:

- Lot 1 - 980 RON,

- Lot 2 - 19 036, 02 RON. 120 days from the deadline for submitting bids. How to set up the participation guarantee: cash deposit, bank transfer / guarantee instrument issued in cashthe rights of a bank or an insurance company, which are not in special situations regarding authorization or supervision, according to the law. It is required to provide the performance guarantee, in the form provided by the legislation in force, only in case which value of the subsequent contract / orderwhich will be awarded under the Framework Agreement is greater than or equal to 648 288 RON without VAT. The amount of the performance guarantee: 5% of the value of the subsequent contract / order without VAT.

The framework agreement will be signed with a minimum of 2 economic operators, with an unlimited number of economic operators whose offers will be declared admissible. Attribution of subsequent contracts, respectively firm orders, will be done without resuming the competition through SEAP.
