Emission Reduction of Solid Polluting Substances from the Departure Routes of the Southern part of the Sinter in AMO AMO agglomeration
Main Site: The territories of Liberty Ostrava as, Vratimovska 689/117, Kuncice, 719 00 Ostrava, Delivery number: 707 02, CZECH REPUBLIC, especially at the start of the 14 Middle Rolling Mill.
Delivery and installation required the technology will include, in particular, the design of a suitable reconstruction of the de-dusting facility and the modification of existing facilities or their renewal, preparation and design work, including the provision of documentation for building permits (if necessary), the supply of necessary buildings and construction work, the provision of necessary energy and media connections, realization of necessary relocations, installation and commissioning of the proposed equipment, including necessary tests and training
Detailed description of the subject of performance and detailed technical specification is givenand Annex No. 1 ZD (Technical section ZD).
Supplier proves professional competence by submitting:
- Extract from the Commercial Register or other similar register, if another legal regulation requires such registration,
- Evidence that the supplier is authorized to undertake public contracts to the extent corresponding to the subject of the contract, namely:- a certificate of professional competence pursuant to Act No. 360/1992 Coll., on the performance of the profession of authorized architects and on the performance of the profession of authorized engineers and technicians active in construction, valid wording, for the following fields of authorization: statics and dynamics of buildings, technological equipment
In accordance with - 41 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority requires the participants to provide a security of 3 000 000 CZK (three words: millions of Czech crowns)
Ad IV.2.6) - The contracting period (ie the period for which the participants are bound by their offer) is 180 days after the deadline for submission of (final) tenders
