The subject of the public contract is the complete delivery of dedusting technology and related equipment fordusting of existing R1-R2 and R3-R4 straighteners including installation, necessary demonstration and construction work
Main Site: Uzemi of ArcelorMittal Ostrava as, Vratimovska 689/117, Kuncice, 719 00 Ostrava, Delivery number: 707 02, Czech Republic, especially at the factory 14 Central-mine rolling mill.
The delivery and installation of the required technology will include, in particular, the design of a suitable refurbishment facility for the dust removal facilityand adjusting the existing facilities or their renewal, preparation and design work, including the provision of building permits (if necessary), the supply of necessary buildings and construction work, securing the necessary energy and media connections, implementation of necessary relocations, installation and commissioning of designed equipment including the necessary examinations and trainingThe technical specification is given in appendix no. 1 ZD (technical part ZD)
The contractor proves that he / she fulfills the professional qualification by submitting:
- statement from the commercial register or other similar register, if another legal regulation requires such registration,
- proof that the supplier is authorized to do business in the scope corresponding to the subject matter of the public contract, namely:

About a certificate of professional competence pursuant to Act No. 360/1992 Coll., on the performance of the profession of authorized architects and on the profession of authorized engineers and technicians in the construction industry, in force, for the following fields of authorization: statics and dynamics withtaveb, technological equipment of buildings, engineering environment of buildings, specialization electrotechnical equipment, building construction.
