The subject of this contract is the supply of air filters designed for air-conditioning and filtration systems. Further information is provided in the tender documentation.

Supply of air filters designed tomechanical and filtration systems. Further information is provided in the tender documents. The Applicant must meet the conditions for the person's personal status mentioned in - 32 par. 1) zak. no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment to Certain Laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), they shall be required to prove them in accordance with Article 32 2) resp. (4) to (5) of the Lawthe lectured form of documents and then the candidate in the first place in the order will be asked to submit the original documents or their certified certified copies, respectively. within the meaning of - 152 of the Act, an applicant who is registered in the list of economic subjects is not obliged, in the public procurement process, to submit documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of his / her personal status according toand - 32 par. 2) resp. 4) to 5) of the Act, in this case it is appropriate, but not necessarily, to submit only the data on the valid entry in the list of economic subjects kept by the Public Procurement Office with the registration number or identification data on the basis of which it is possible to enter it in this list look up. Entry in the list of entrepreneurs according to Act No. 25/2006 Coll. on public procurement and-on the amendment of the acts in the wording of the later regulations is entered into the list of economic subjects within the scope of recorded facts. No facts recorded shall be proved in accordance with - 32 par. 2) resp. 4) to 5) of the Act. In the case of an applicant who is a group-the contractor is required to prove the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the personal status of all the members of the group separately, fulfillment of the conditions of participation in accordance with -32 par. e) the law proves the member of the group only in relation to the part of the object of the contract which I shall provide.

The conditions of the economic and financial standing do not apply: a) Each earcan only submit one tender. The applicant can not be a member of a group of contractors submitting another offer.
