Purchase of a biocide for the treatment of timber in accordance with the tender documents
1) The amount of the guarantee for participation is EUR 1 560.00
2) The equivalence for the participation guarantee deposited in another currency is to the NBR course on the date of the publication of the participation announcement;

4) How to set up the participation guarantee: the participation guarantee will be constituted in accordance with the provisions of art. 36 of H.G. no. 395/2016 by bank transfer or through a guarantee instrument issued under the law of a companybank or an insurance company that is not in special situations regarding authorization or supervision, according to the law; 5) The proof of establishing the participation guarantee must be submitted no later than the closing date and time for the submission of tenders, scanned and posted in SEAP in a separate file called "Warranty for Participation";

Requirement 1: Statementyou regarding the non-compliance with the provisions of art. 164, art. 165 and art. 167 of Law no. 98/2016 on Public Procurement.

Tenderers have the obligation to complete and initiate the DUAE by the bidders / when(including associates / subcontractors / third-party supporters) as the first failure to comply with the exclusion and capacity requirements (see DUAE Guidelines developed by ANAP available at www.anap.gov.ro). : a) The DUAE Form is made available to bidders in the "Documentation and clarification" section; b) In case of submission of aoffers in association, each associate has the obligation to demonstrate the fulfillment of the requirement. This statement is also requested from potential subcontractors. In the case of submission of an individual / joint offer technically-professional supported by third / third supporters, each supporter has the obligation to prove the fulfillment of the requirement:
confirmation documents of the associates / subcontractors / tthe supporters shall be presented at the request of the contracting authority by the tenderer placed on the first place in the intermediate rankings, c) the classification in one or more of the situations stipulated in art. 164, art. 165 and art. 167 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, the tenderer is excluded from the procedure for awarding the contract; d) The bidder placed on the firstafter the application of the award criterion on the admissible tenders, it proves the non-compliance in the exclusion cases, by submitting at the request of the contracting authority, as a rule, the following information and documents: - - certificates regarding the lack of debts, regarding the payment of taxes, contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, budget dstate, etc.), at the moment of presentation, - the criminal record of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the respective economic operator or of those having the power of representation, decision or control within the economic operator, as follows from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act, - as the case may be, documents demonstratingensures that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of the Public Procurement Law 98/2016, - other editorial documents, as the case may be, - if in the country of origin or in the country where the economic operator is established, documents of the type required are not issued or they are not target all situations withcaught in art. 164, art. 165 and art. 167, any document deemed to be edifying by the competent authorities of the country concerned shall be accepted; - in the case of foreign legal / natural persons, the documents will be transmitted in the language in which they were issued, certified copy " and stamped by the legal representative, accompanied by an authorized translation of themRequirement 2: The tenderer, the associated tenderer, the subcontractor, the supporting third party and the members of the management / management / supervisory body / with the power of representation, decision or control in the tenderer / associated offeror / third party / subcontractor shall not be in the situations provided for in art. 60 of Law 98 / 2016.
