(hereinafter referred to as: the principal) intends, through this European public procurement procedure, to be a RA with 1 partyto conclude an agreement concerning the hiring of equipment including operating staff and / or drivers for the tree crew. Client wishes to hire the following:
The Management and Maintenance Unit of the municipality of Apeldoorn (hereinafter: client) intends, through this European public procurement procedure, to conclude a framework agreement with 1 party concerningthe hiring of machines including the operator for the tree plow
The work mainly consists of felling trees with a mobile crane
The client intends to conclude a framework agreement for a definite period of time. The framework agreement starts on 1.5.2020 and ends by operation of law on 30.4.2021. After the initial duration, the framework agreement can be three (3) times with one (1)
The contract will be awarded on the basis of the best price-quality ratio (price 60% / quality 40%).
Nb. the work is mainly carried out in the period mid-October to mid-April with a 2-week break around Christmas and New Year`s Eve.
