Selection of a contractor for maintenance of forecourt and mineralized strips.through a single European Public Procurement Document (EEDOP) in electronic form according to the requirements of Art. 67, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. In case the applicant has indicated that he will use the capacity of third parties to prove compliance with the selection criteria or that he will use subcontractors, a separate EEDOP containing the information under Art. 67, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Actan association of unions which are not legal entities, the compliance with the selection criteria is evidenced by the participating association and not by any of the persons included therein, except for the relevant registration, presentation of a certificate or other condition necessary for the performance of the contract, according to the requirements of a normative or administrative act and according to the distribution of the participation of the persons-(Article 59 (6) of the PPA)
The participant shall have at its disposal appropriate mechanized equipment for the performance of the service as follows: - for the activities of scraping and repairing of forestry bulkheads - a minimum of 3 (three) string bulldozers with class inclined shovel, T-160 or T-170 and inventory to them (gutter) whichto be owned by the applicant / contractor or hired by him / her.
- for activities - plowing of mineralized strips - minimum 2 (two) wheeled tractors, 2 pcs. plows registered under the RASPC to be owned or recruited by the applicant / contractor
The applicant must have the minimum number of workers required to carry out the activities, namely: - Have at least 3 (three) straightthe specific driver of the heavy machinery equipment required in accordance with the present documentation, possessing a license, category T; and at least 2 (two) authorized wheelchair drivers with the appropriate certificate.
