The subject of the public procurement is a written agreement in accordance with - 131 et seq. According to - 77 of the Act, the fulfillment of professional competence proves in the frame of each part of public procurement the supplier, -(a) Pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the Act: the extract from the Commercial Register, if it is entered in it, or the extract from another similarly to the register, if registered in it.
