Comprehensive protection of bison in Poland - the cost of lined bison feed in 2019

The order concerns the delivery of various types of food for bison (tonnes): silage 47, fodder beet 80, green fodder maize 300, salt 3, granulated foddery 10, 33 pumpkins, cereal mix 25.

Sianokiszonka from this year's harvest, foiled and delivered to the village of Wolisko.
The awarding entity does not impose special requirements. contractors who are not subject to exclusion from the contract award procedure in circumstances which may bewa in art. 24 paragraph 1 points 12-23 of the PPL. Details on the contractor's exclusions are included in section 7.1 of the ToR. In order to confirm the lack of grounds for exclusion from the procedure referred to in point 7.1 of the ToR and to confirm that the conditions for participation in the procedure referred to in point 6.2 of the ToR are met, the contractor will be required to provide the Employer with statements and documents (within the time limits indicatedch in the ToR) described in point 8 of the ToR. The awarding entity requires a security deposit of PLN 1 650 for the entire contract; for individual parts - correspondingly less. They must be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders. Forms of lodging, return or retention rules are governed by the provisions of Art. 45 and 46 of the Public Procurement Law, and are described in section 10 of the ToR.
