The estimated value of the equipment purchased is RON 888, 857.42, excluding VAT, which is in Chapter 4.4 of the project budget (1) The bidders, the supporting third parties and the subcontractors shall not be present in the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016-Mthe ability to demonstrate the fulfillment of the requirement: the DUAE will be completed in accordance with art. 193 par. (1) of the Law no. 98 / 2016.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed obligations by completing the DUAE shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the first ranked bidder in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation- These documents are: - - Romanian legal persons will attach certificates / documents, issued by the competent legal authorities, stating that the economic operator has no outstanding debts due to the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget and state budget) updated documents at the moment of their presentation. Documentel• The foreign legal persons will attach certificates / documents issued by the competent legal authorities of the country in which they are established, stating that the economic operator (s) has fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes, duties or contributions to the general budget conso(local budget and state budget) in accordance with the legal provisions in force in the country where it is established, updated documents at the moment of their submission. Documents will be attached in original, legalized copy or legible copy with the reference "according to the original" or other equivalent documents issued by the competent authorities of the respective country,

For viewing the awarding documentation uploaded in SEAP, economic operators need tohave a necessary program to view the electronically signed files (e-signature providers' websites).

Communication and data transmission rules: Requests for clarification regarding this tender documentation will be addressed exclusively in SEAP in the "Questions" section of within the award procedure conducted by electronic means, and the answers to awill be published in SEAP in the "Documentation, clarifications and decisions" section of the simplified participation notice. DUAE completed with the information of the economic operator participating in the award procedure, the technical proposal and the financial proposal will be submitted in electronic format / by electronic means. Upon completion of each of the verification phases provided above, the contracting authority will communicate to each tenderer why the reasons behind these have been rejectedand decisions, and to the others the fact that the next stage of verification is carried out, in compliance with the provisions of Chapter IV, Section 13 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

Following the completion of each of the verification phases set out above, the contracting authority will enter the accepted / rejected result in the SEAP and will open the SEA Submission Support Submission session in the SEAP.The economic operators will send the answers to the clarifications and any requested documents during the evaluation of the tenders through SEAP (the "Questions" section), in the form of the bidder, on the first place in the intermediary ranking list, electronically, signed with electronic signature, according to the Law 455/2001.

The rating of the first place with equal prices: the price will be exclusively based on the price and not by the quantification of other technical items or other advantages results from the way the economic operators fulfill the contract. In order to divide the bidsthe contracting authority will request the submission of new financial offers in the SEAP (the procedure being carried out entirely by electronic means).
