1. The subject of the order is the purchase of two school aircraft with basic operating equipment for the Academic Training Center of the Silesian University of Technology (AOSL PolŚl).

2. CPV: 34.71.11.00-5 Planes.

3. Deadline for completing the order: up to 60 days from the date of the contract.

1. Grounds for exclusion from the procedure: art. 24 paragraph 1point 12 23 and par. 5 points 1 and 4 of the PPL Act

2. Demonstration of no grounds for exclusion:

2.1. The contractor must submit a valid statement as at the date of submitting the bids, as referred to in art. 25a section 1 of the Act (EAT).

2.2. "Reverse" procedure: The Employer provides for the application of the procedure referred to in Article 24aa (1) of the Act.

2.3. List of documents and statements which the Contractor submits in the procedure forrequesting the Employer to confirm the circumstances referred to in art. 25 paragraph 1 of the Act: The Awarding Entity, before awarding the contract, will call the Contractor whose tender has been rated the highest to submit it within a designated period not shorter than 10 days, valid on the day of submitting the following statements or documents confirming the circumstances referred to in art. 25 paragraph 1 of the Act, consentof the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 26.7.2016 regarding the types of documents that the Employer may request from the Contractor in the procurement procedure (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1126). In order to confirm that there are no grounds for excluding the Contractor from participation in the proceedings referred to in item 1 above, the Employer shall call the Contractor whose bid was highest rated for submission:

2.3.1.information from the KRK to the extent specified in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 13, 14 and 21 of the Act, issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submitting bids;

2.3.2. Contractor`s statements in the scope specified in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 15 of the Act, on not issuing a final court judgment against him or a final administrative decision on arrears in the payment of taxes, fees or insurance premiumssocial security or health care, or in the event of such a verdict or documentary decision confirming payment of these debts together with any interest or fines or conclusion of a binding agreement on the repayment of these debts;

2.3.3. Contractor`s statements in the scope specified in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 22 of the Act on the lack of a judgment against him as a preventive measurerunning ban on public procurement;

2.3.4. an excerpt from the relevant register or from the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, if separate provisions require an entry in the register or a register, in order to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 5 point 1 of the Act, unless the Employer will have documents regarding the Contractor or will be able toThey can be obtained using free and publicly available databases.

Information on foreign documents can be found in the Terms of Reference and the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 26.7.2016 regarding the types of documents that the Employer may request from the Contractor in the procurement procedure (- 7 and 8 ).

3. In accordance with art. 24 paragraph 11 Public Procurement Law Act Contractor, within 3 days of posting on the website internet information referred to in art. 86 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law, provides the Employer with a declaration of belonging or not belonging to the same capital group as referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 23 of the PPL Act. The statement should be submitted in the original in electronic form or in an electronic copy of the statement certified as true to the original. With the submission of the statement, The Contractor may provide evidence that links with another Contractor do not lead to a distortion of competition in the procurement procedure.
