The SNCF wishes to acquire helicopter aerial photographs for a firm phase (HPGV SE Zone) and two optional slots (Douai area and Lyon area left)

Main Site: France - All HPGV SE (High Performance G)speed South East), as well as the sites of Douai and Lyon Rive Gauche

The aim of the consultation is the realization of an imagery acquisition campaign by heliport means:

Product 1:

- Laser on the axis Paris - Lyon (slice firm 1.1),

- Laser on the region of Douai (eventual Benefit 1.2),

- Laser on the region of Lyon - Rive Gauche (eventual Benefit 1.3).

Product 2:

- Phooblique graphography on the Paris - Lyon axis (firm slice 2.1),

- oblique photography on the Douai region (eventual Benefit 2.2),

- oblique photography on the Lyon region - Left Bank (eventual Benefit 2.3). 3:

- Ortho Photography on the axis Paris - Lyon (slice firm 3.1),

- Ortho Photography on the region of Douai (Benefit event 3.2),

- Ortho Photography on thea region of Lyon - Rive Gauche (Event 3.3).

The main missions are the following (non-exhaustive list):

- Preparation site and installation of GNSS terminals on the ground,

- Routing means on site,

- Flight and Acquisition,

- Post differential processing of raw data,

- Production of finished products,

- Delivery by lot,

- Resumption in case of non-compliance.

The present consultation is carried out within the framework of the negotiated procedure with call for competition, object of the decree no 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relativef to public markets. As part of this procedure, the negotiation is not systematic. This is an eventuality that can be implemented by the buyer according to the level of the offers submitted.
