Publicity and visualization of projects of Varna Municipality for public events and promotional materials, which will be implemented under procedure BG16RFOP001-1.002 "IIPGVR 2014-2020 - Varna"

The subject of the contract is related to the selection of a contractor to provide publicity and visualization of projects of Varna Municipality for public events and promotional materials, to be implemented under procedure BG16RFOP001-1.002 "Implementation of Integrated Urban Reconstruction and Development Plans 2014-2020 - Varna".

Main Site: Varna City and the contractor`s office / offices.

The following activities are included in the subject of the contract, services, articles:

1. Temporary billboard - vinyl canvas with metal frame with indelible lettering, size not less than 3 m x 4 m, 4 0 colorsflocks; anti-corrosion treatment and painting; reinforcement module of the foundation, excavation and concreting; transportation and installation - 6 pieces.

2. Permanent explanatory plaque - minimum size 50x70 cm, metal covered with anti-graffiti foil for outdoor installation; vision - single-sided, print - full-color, digital widescreen, UV-proof, image resistance against watero-alcohol solvents; 100% weatherproof - 24 pieces.

3. Banner - stand - stable construction made of light metal, easy to carry, store and install. Roll banner made of vinyl up to 80 cm x 200 cm, single sided 4 0 colors - 5 pieces.

4. Press conferences - introductory and closing for at least 30 people - 10 pieces.

5. Official Ceremonythe one "first dig" for at least 20 people - 5 pieces.

6. Official ceremony - opening of object for at least 20 people - 5 pieces and

7. Pens - metal, with mechanism, with printing in 1 color - 460 pieces .

The implementation of the activities of this procurement must comply with the requirements for publicity and visualization of projects where the total public funding exceeds EUR 500 000 andinclude financing for infrastructure and construction. The fulfillment of the subject matter of this contract should be in full compliance with the Beneficiary Uniform Handbook for the Implementation of the Information and Communication Rules 2014-2020, which is published on the following website: https://www.eufunds.bg/en /node/465

The deadline for completion of each activity and / or provision of a service and / or specific product / material starts from the date of receipt of the award letter and expires with the approval of the completed one, but no longer than indicated in the contract letter

The deadline for the completion of all activities and services and the provision of individual products / materor up to 1 month before the completion of the respective project, in this case the last closing project of the five projects.

The maximum contract term is up to 48 months. of the individual PFSA and coincides with its last extended time. In cases of extension of concThe Contracting Authority shall inform the contractor in due time.

1. The guarantee to ensure the performance of the contract is 2% of its value excluding VAT. The guarantee shall be presented in one of the following forms:

a) a cash deposit into the account of the client;

b) bank guarantee in favor of the client; or

(c) insurance that ensures the performance through thecontractor liability coverage.

The contractor chooses the form of the guarantee himself. 2. Specific national grounds for exclusion from EDES:
