The subject of the order is the supply of promotional items for the Slovak Environmental Agency, Tajovske 28, 975 90 Banska Bystrica, SLOVENSKA REPUBLIKA, including all related services, which means mostly the types of printing, transport to the place of delivery and delivery at the place of delivery. The place of delivery of the subject matter is assumed to be specified in the contract documents. The contracting authority may also indicate in the order the place of delivery in the Slovak Republic.

The result of a public contract will be the conclusion of the agreement pursuant to - 83 of the GVO and - 409 et seq. Act no. 513/1991 Coll., The Commercial Code as amended, between the successful tenderer and the public contracting authority. The subject of the order will be ordered and delivered continuously on the basis of orders. The quantity, kind, extent of the ordered goods will be determined in partial orders, which will be in the form of a written form and I willthe Contract shall be effective from the day following the date of its publication in accordance with the legal regulations of the Slovak Republic until the expiration of 48 months from the date of entry into force of the Agreement contracts, respectively. until the maximum price that the public procurement agent has available for fifinancing the subject matter of the order, i. 1 234 000.00 EUR without VAT. Provider is not obliged to use the maximum price. The actual total price will be determined by the number of goods actually delivered during the period of performance of this contract and its unit prices, and will not exceed the maximum price. Compliance with the conditions of part-time may be evidenced by a single European document within the meaning of - 39 of the GATT, with proof of completionie the conditions for partial submission to the contracting authority by the applicant pursuant to - 55 par. 1 of the FVO at a time and in the manner specified by the contracting authority. Only those who meet the conditions of a person's personal status as defined in the provision of Section 32, par. 1 ZVO.

3. The proof of fulfillment of the conditions pursuant to - 32 par. 1 ZVO:

3.1 Entry entered in the economic register(hereinafter referred to as ZHS) under Section 152 of the Austrian Civil Aviation Act shall be required to fulfill the conditions of the person's status by entering information in the ZHS or by submitting a valid certificate of entry into the ZHS, and if the entry in the ZHS does not contain all the documents necessary to prove compliance with the conditions of part- stipulating - 32 par. (2) of the CGS applicable at the time of the award of this procurementthese documents in their tender

3.2 A person who is not registered in the ZHS pursuant to - 152 of the FVO proves that he fulfills the conditions of his or her personal status by documents in accordance with - 32 par. 2 ZVO.

4. If the applicant or occupier has a place of business or place of business or usually resides outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and its headquarters, the place of business or usual residence does not issue any of the documents mentioned in point 3.(2) above, nor does it issue any equivalent document, it may be replaced by a declaration of honor in accordance with the rules in force in the State of his office, place of business or usual residence. If the right of candidate status or engagement with a seat, place of business or habitual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic does not regulate the institute of honesty, it may be replaced by pronouncements made before the courts, -organ, notary, other professional institution or business institution according to the regulations in force in the state of establishment, place of business or usual residence of the applicant or occupier. Details on the conditions for the recognition and demonstration of personal status are set out in Section 32 of the GPA. Compliance with the conditions of the present economic and financial standing can be demonstrated in the Single European Documentwithin the meaning of - 39 of the Act, the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions in part submitted to the contracting authority by the applicant pursuant to - 55 par. 1 of the FVO at a time and in the manner specified by the contracting authority. Only those who meet the requirements set out below to prove their financial and economic standing may be eligible for this public contract. To demonstrate compliance with the above conditions beforethe applicant shall submit the following documents in the tender (it may be replaced by a single European document):

2.1 In accordance with - 33 par. 1 letter. (c) ZVO: suvahance or evidence of assets or liabilities or data from them.

Minimum required standard level:

The contracting authority requires that: (i) the applicant - the person or natural person who is the person in charge of the double-(ii) the claimant, the natural person who is the instructor, has submitted in the simple bookkeeping a report on the assets and liabilities which the applicant demonstrates a positive difference between his property and his interests. the double-entry bookkeeping by submitting the other suave, respectively. to the relevant monthin the last year (according to the end of the other financial year) verified by the relevant tax office, auditor or other relevant body; the claimant physical person shall prove by submitting the other property and debit statement, respectively. to the relevant month in the other year (according to the end of the other business year) verified by the relevant tax office, auditor or other relevant body.

If an applicant registers suicide or property and charity reports on the official Internet site of a statutory body of the Slovak Republic (eg Register of Appraisals of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic), he / she may not submit suicide verification or verified property and handover reports but references to this document in an appropriate manner, e.g. hyperlink and submit an affidavit on this factby a person entitled to act on behalf of the applicant. In the event that the applicant does not prove the positive value of his / her equity or, respectively, the positive value of the difference between the assets and liabilities of the entities operating during the decision period in the Slovak Republic, in order to make an objective comparison of the data with the Slovak entities, such entity also submits an affidavit on the achieved positive value-of equity, respectively. the positive value of the difference between the property and the occupancy, for the required period.

Deduction of the necessity and the adequacy of the condition under - 38 par. 5 ZVO:

The public procurer does not require any numerical indication, his requirement for the minimum level of the standard is reasonable and his need arises from the proof of verification and demonstration of the applicant's economic reliability, j. that the candidateyou do not have a downfall, have sufficient assets to secure the financing of the procurement object, or are able to obtain external financial resources (eg from a bank) to provide services that are subject to a bid that will not be covered by a full amount of financial advances and the bidder must therefore demonstrate its ability to cover financially costs associated with filling the subject of the order.

The requirements governing the submission of tenders and their contents are set out in Part A. of the tender documents. Verejny-the contractor requires a security of 61 000, -EUR for the provision of the offer. The details of the collateral are given in points 8.4.1.5 and 16 of Part A. of the tender documents. There is no need to view the place of delivery of the item in question.
