1. The assignor will remove from participation in the public procurement a participant, for whom one of the ones listed in Art. 54, Art. 55, para. 1, items 1, 3 and 5 and Art. 107 of the PPL circumstances. The contracting authority shall conclude a written contract for the public contract with the appointed contractor under the procedure of Art. 112 of the Public Procurement Act. According to Art. 67, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act before the conclusion of the contract, the participant selected as a contractor shall provide up-to-date documents certifying the lack of grounds for removal from the procedure and compliance with the selection criteria. Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors and third parties, if any. The forecasted value in item II.2.6) is the maximum foreseen financial resourcers for its implementation.

On the grounds of Art. 80, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the public procurement contract is reserved for the participation of specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities, as this kind of services are included in the list under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act. Other interested parties may participate in the award procedure for this procurement.
