Merchandise til Roskilde University
The purpose of this offer is to enter into an exclusive framework agreement for RUC's purchase of merchandise products. It is RUC's expectation that the Framework Agreement can establish a cooperative relationship with a supplier who offers good discounts at market prices and a wide range of merchandise products.
The framework agreement includes k0b and delivery of merchandise products. WoeIn this context, merchandise products are understood to be products that are printed (by print, embroidery or otherwise), text, logo, name or the like that are associated with RU. Merchandise products have the purpose of promoting or creating visibility around RUC or special RUC activities.
Merchandise products are divided into 3 categories:
- Advertising Items,
- Profile Coatings,
- Trade fairs(option).
The offer does not include:
- Print cases,
- Company gifts.
RUC has tender-divided merchandise in an A and B range. The A range is a wide range of products that RUC has purchased over the past few years. Requirements and wishes for the products in the A range are described in detail in the tender documents. The B range is the other range covered by the Framework Agreement. This product is not a productand requirement-specific. The B range is determined by the suppliers and is made up of the products that fall within the scope of the Framework Agreement.
RUC estimates that the total annual turnover of the Framework Agreement amounts to DKK 400, 000 - 500, 000 excl. VAT. It is estimated that the turnover is distributed approx. 50/50 pa A and B range. The assessment of sales is, however, merely indicative and is not bindingfor for RUC.
