OFCL acquires similar and periodic agency services for the federal administration which concern both the conceptual domain and the domain of implementation with classic and new / digital disciplines. The mandates provided under thisNo tenders are the subject of major national campaigns. The volumes indicated constitute an estimate of the services required. The volume of the market which is the subject of this invitation to tender is based on this estimate.

OFCL acquires similar agency services for the federal administration and periodicals that coinclude both the conceptual domain and the field of implementation with the classic and new / digital disciplines.

The volumes indicated constitute an estimate of the services required. The volume of the contract which is the subject of this invitation to tender is based on thisestimation.

Strategy / concepts, design, layout, creation of tables / graphics and illustrations, professional image processing, graphic designers` drawings, visual creation, final control and production of all planned and usual communication measures in the sector (PDF for printed publications, explanatory videos, websites, applications, social media, smalls reports (interviews, photos).
