The physical object concerns the implementation of a comprehensive plan of communication actions of ESPA. 2014 - 2020, which includes the following five (5) Actions with the individual deliverables:
Main Site: The provision of services by the contractor will be done at the headquarters and officesof the contracting authority, at the offices of the contractor, as well as at any other point will be required in accordance with the contract. 2014 - 2020 in 3 phases, from the signing of the contract until June 2023, which includes the following five (5) Actions with the individual deliverables:
Action 1: Combined promotion and public actionof the media (Press, radio, digital signage, outdoor advertising):
- media plan design for media. (media plan),
- advertising in the media. (Press, radio, digital signage, outdoor advertising). Ρά Action 2: creative design and production of printed, audiovisual and other promotional and informative material:erotic form for ESPA 2014 - 2020 (3 annual publications),
- communication guide of the new ESPA. 2021 - 2027,
- promotional material,
- entries for the press, at least 4 different models per phase,
- eight (8) models of thematic infographics of informative and accounting nature,
- models for outdoor advertising (bus stops, billboard metro, dressing bus outside, dressing upnew metro internally),
- eight (8) radio spots 25-35 seconds,
- eight (8) videos, lasting 2-4 minutes,
- eight (8) short videos, lasting 25-35 seconds,
- three (3) at least proposals for digital material,
- eight (8) sets of photographs of works, at least 60 works per set.
Action 3: Planning and organizing events:
- holding events in 13 cities of all the Regions of GREECE,
- conducting workshops / technical meetings,
- organizing a photo exhibition.
Action 4: Viewing the internet and social media:
- editing the look & feel of the website of ESPA for 2021 - 2027 and visual adaptation of the sites of the 13 Regions, of the Sectoral Programs of ESPA. 2021 - 2027, and anaptyxi.gov.gr,
