DMP1800779 - Service contract: acquisition of the services of a communication agency

Reference Number: The FOREM-DMP1800779 / HTNMMN / COM-F02_2

The purpose of this contract is the acquisition of services of a communication agency intended to perform the following services:

Main Site: The services will be mainly performed within the premises of the adjudiForem wants to hire the services of a communication agency specializing in image and marketing communication and having at least a team composed of profiles (positions). following:

1.1 Senior Account Manager;

1.2 Graphic Designer;

1.3 Web Designer;

1.4 Senior Copywriter;

1.5 Creative Director;

1.6 Web developer.

The missions entrusted to the team will include the following aspects:

- the strategic advice to the improvement of the image of the Forem,

- the support to the development of actions of communication or events for job-seekers, workers or entrepreneurs,

- the creation and production of communication tools and media on and off line,

- the follow-up ofadvertising campaigns,

- the purchase of advertising space in all media channels (such as radio, billboard, web, social networks, ...),

- advice on media buying strategy and of positioning on the social networks.

To facilitate its completeness, the tenderer is invited to import the file XML as an appendix to the order.

3) In Part IV Selection Criteria of the DUME, the contracting authority authorizes the tenderer to simply fill in Section A.for all the selection criteria and exemption from any other section of Part IV.

4) The DUME will be sent by the bidder in an electronic version to the following e-mail address, mentioning the references of the file and before the date and time limits of receipt of tenders.

5) No announcement of prices at the opening of tenders.
