Acquisition of promotional items for the Sophia Antipolis urban community
The purpose of this contract is to acquire promotional items for the Sophia Antipolis conurbation community. a monopoly framework agreement for purchase orders in accordance with Article 78 of the Decree on public contractsyear minimum annual amount: EUR 10, 000 (excluding VAT)
annual maximum amount: EUR 90, 000 (excluding VAT)
- DC1 application letter or equivalent
- DC2 declaration of equivalent candidate or equivalent. the turnover for the supplies, services or works covered by the framework agreement, made during the last 3 financial years available.(1) year from the date of notification of the framework agreement. It shall be renewable three (3) times, in one (1) year period, for a maximum period of four 4) The renewal is tacit and the proprietor can not oppose it. In accordance with Article 39 of the Decree on public contracts, the contracting authority shall make available the consultation filectronique, at the following address: www.marches-securises.fr.

The candidate must provide, in support of his proposal, the samples of the following items:

- A paper pencil made of recycled cardboard: cardboard, marking one
- A classic ashtray keychain: Metal with carabiner, marking a four-color one-sided, one-color back.
- One keychain LED torch: Light white LED with push button, metal ring, plastic material, silver / gray color, one color, one face, batteries includedThe samples are to be delivered to the public control department of the Sophia Antipolis agglomeration community by 13.11.2017 at 12.00. The subcriteria for the price criterion are: - the DQE price ( under the weighting coefficient: 5) - the single discount on public tariff offered by the candidate for the BPU (under the weighting coefficient: 1)
