Coaching for the target group of work-seeking academics and executives with the goal:

the analysis of the participants` actual situation, raising qualification requirements and clarification with the AMS, - the clarification of alternative application possibilities, - the reorientation of the individual application strategy and - the integration into the labor market.

the possible requirement of an official decision for the permissibility of an activity in Austria as well as the Obligation according to -- 21 bbetween 194 of the Federal Procurement Act 2018 is expressly pointed out. Sections 21 and 194 of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2018 oblige applicants or tenderers who are resident in the territory of another Contracting Party to the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland and must obtain an official decision regarding their professional qualification for the purpose of doing business in Austriaas soon as possible, but in any case before the expiry of the offer period.
