Development of a system of specialized education of judges and judicial stafflanguage courses, conference, translation, interpretation and translation services

The subject of this call is to provide language training for judges, prosecutors and judicial staff in professional legal terminology in English and French, short-term and long-term foreign stays, Interpreters and translatorsservices during vocational training. The language training of judges in the English and French languages consists of the following partial activities: - three-semester English language courses - three-day vocational English courses - three-day courseslanguage courses of the French language - summer language school - English language (weekly educational events of professional legal terminology in English)

Detailed description of the subject of the offer is given in the tender documents. Public procurement may be difficultthe economic entity who fulfills the exigent terms of participation in personal status according to - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of some laws in the wording of later laws. (the law). The applicant shall prove that he / she fulfills the conditions of his / her personal status under - 32 par. 1 of the Act, documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2, resp. according to - 32 par. 4 and 5 of the Act. Under Section 32 1 letter. (e) the law requires the applicant to prove that he is entitled to provide any of the services covered by this procurement.

The economic operator may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions in part with the single European document under Section 39 1 law. The proving of the conditions of part-time is also effective vis---vis the public contracting authority pursuant to - 152 par. 4 of the Act.

The applicant entered in the list of economic subjects according to the law is not obliged to submit documents in the process of public procurement pursuant to - 32 par. The public contracting authority shall recognize an equivalent entry as entered in the list of economic entities under the law or a certificate of registration issued by the competent body of another Member State by which the applicant demonstrates fulfillment of the conditionto participate in public procurement. The tenderer shall also accept an equivalent document submitted by the applicant. The entry in the list of entrepreneurs carried out according to the regulations in force until 17 April 2016 shall be entered in the list of economic subjects within the scope of the recorded facts. proof of fulfillment of the conditionsin part, of personal status for each member of the group separately. The fulfillment of the condition of part-time according to - 32 par. 1 letter. e) the law proves a member of the group only in relation to the part of the object of the contract to ensure. - The conditions for participation in the public procurement pursuant to Section 33 of the Financial and Economic Status Act:

4. The communication language in this public tender is the Slovak language. Loads associated with the part in this public auction are of interest to full-time enthusiasts / bidders without any damages to VOb. Explanation of the information necessary for the preparation of the tender and for proof of fulfillment of the conditions in part, V.Ob. shall immediately notify the SLA with the subject SP at least 6-days prior to the deadline for submitting bids, provided that the solicitor explains the request in advance. The successful bidder before signing the contract, which will be the result of this VO, shall be obliged to: a) provide information on all known subcontractors, indication of the person entitled to act as a subcontractor to the extent of: name and surname, address of residence, date of birth in accordance with - 41 . 3 law, at(b) to have in the register of public sector partners of registered end-users a benefit in accordance with the provisions of Act no. 315/2016 Coll. on Registers of Public Sector Partners and on Amendments to Certain Laws 8. The model of the Single European Document is in annex no. 4 SP.

9. The public procurer requires the successful bidder to do the bestr at the time of the conclusion of the contract within each section submitted the data, documents and documents according to point 35.6 SP

For section 3, the offer will not be secured.

The security depository will be selected by the tenderer. The terms and conditions for the provision of security are set out in the SP.
