Municipalities must, in accordance with the Legislative Decree 1128 of 13 October 2017 on Danish education for adult foreigners and others. with subsequent changes (hereinafter-"Statutory Order 1128") and Order 991 of 29.6.2018 (hereinafter "Order No. 991") and annexes offer citizens living in Horsens, Hedensted, Skanderborg and Odder municipalities Danish teaching. In the event of applications received from more than 5 suitable candidates, the Provider will select the 5 candidates, who in their reference lists display the most experience of teaching foreigners beforefor the jurisdiction of Legislative Decree 1128.

In assessing which candidates possess the most experience within the scope of Legislative Decree 1128, the Provider will weigh on the number of references within the scope of Legislative Decree 1128 and the value of these deliveries. Applicants are invited to tender possibility to file an application as a consortium or similar co-opPersonnel closure, cf. section 4.6 of the terms of reference. Applicants can only base themselves on the form of other entities, see section 4.5 of the terms of reference. Applicants must prove that Applicants are not covered by the following grounds for exclusion in section 135 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1 No. 1-6 and paragraph. 3, -136, para. 1, No. 1-3 and -137, subsection 1 No. 2 and No. 5.
