Object of the providedis the provision of administrative support services to the Directorate-General for Human Resources, its departments and departments.

The candidate contractor will provide HR support services, its departments and services, and in particular: - to the Secretariat of the Human Resources Directorate-General for Human Resources, - to the Secretariat of the Directorate-The economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject matter of the procurement. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be enrolled inone of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS, or in third countries not falling within the Communityand which have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or commercial registers. The economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen, the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or the Register of Manufacturers of Defense Material.with regard to economic and financial capacity, for the current contract award procedure, economic operators are required to have: (a) a credit standing equal to at least 50% of the budget of the department (s) for which they will (b) an average total turnover over the past three (3) years, equal to at least 50% of theof the department / departments for which they will submit a tender. If the candidate economic operator is active for less than 3 fiscal years, then the average total turnover for those business uses will be calculated proportionally, depending on the business year in which it operates. As, is the value(c) insurance against general and / or employers' liability of at least 100% of the department (s) for which the economic operator submits a bid., without VAT.

Relevant requests for clarifications are submitted electronically, no later than eleven (11) days beforean unspecified date for submission of bids and are answered on the website of the competition via the www.promitheus.gov.gr portal, ESDHD. Requests for additional information - clarifications are submitted by registered users economic agents, that is, those who have the relevant credentials granted to them (username and surname)access code) and, necessarily, the electronic file with the text of the queries, must be electronically signed. Requests for clarifications, submitted in any other way, or the electronic file accompanying them, are not electronically signed, are not considered.
