Administration and Operation of Verdal Boligselskap [Verdal Housing Corporation]

Verdal Boligselskap AS (hereafter called the Contracting Authority) invites service providers to submit tender offers for administration/general manager and operation of Verdal Boligselskap AS.
VBS does not have it's own administration or technical staffing. VBS has a Board currently consisting of three board members. The Board is responsible for ordinary board work.
All administrative and technical services (FDV) are included in the delivery comprised in this tender documentation, unless otherwise explicitly described.
3.2 Primary Assignments:
A: Administration/management tasks:
— resident contact + lease contracts,
— accounting/budgeting/rent,
— board preparation and daily management,
— order tradesman services (for example, electricians, plumbers),
— other operational assignment, including ordering of hired services,
— control of executed external services,
— required planning work,
— other necessary administration tasks.
Service providers are requested to specify the content of the above-mentioned bullet points and particularly specify the scope of other administration/business assignments.
It should be clearly stated which assignments are not included in the fixed price offer and which are therefore expected to be invoiced as additional services, cf. the price form.
B: Operational/Janitor tasks:
— janitor tasks:
—— restoration, completion of flats after vacating, including cleaning,
—— Snow clearing,
—— Grass cutting,
—— other necessary measures related to ongoing operations and maintenance.
Service providers are requested to specify the content of the above-mentioned bullet points and particularly specify the scope of ongoing operations and maintenance work.
It should be clearly stated which assignments are not included in the fixed price offer and which are therefore expected to be invoiced as additional services, cf. the price form.
