Development and Installation of an IT System for the Address Register in Montenegro

An IT system for administering addresses will be developed as part of the Norwegian Mapping Authority`s development aid project in Montenegro.
Main Site : Montenegro.
The IT system is to be installed at REA (Real Estate Administration of Montenegro). The system will form the basis for the implementation of an address register that will include all addresses in Montenegro. The register will also be used as support for the implementation of an impending population census.
The contract will cover the need for the development and installation of a centralised IT system in accordance with the requirements specification stated in Annex 3.
