For lots 1 - 2 - 3 - 4:
- with one (1) economic operator, he can not be awarded more than 2 lots . In the hypothesis that an economic operator would be the one for more than 2 lots, it will be allotted to him the 2 lots of which the amount of the annual benefit will be the highest.
For the lot 5:
- with three (3) economic operators, each receiving a minimum annual benefit, the distribution of the minimum annual amount is as follows:
1 class (minimum order volume (VAT)): EUR 50 000;
2 class (minimum order volume ( HT)): 40 000 EUR;
3 class (minimum order volume (HT)): 30 000 EUR.
For lot 6: with two (2) adapted companies, or equivalent structures.with disabled workers, each receiving a minimum amount of annual benefits. The distribution of the minimum annual amount is as follows:
1 class (minimum order volume (VAT)): EUR 30 000;
2 class (minimum order volume (VAT)): EUR 20 000.
