The subject of insurance is the employees and employees of OPO OP in the course of officeare their duties falling under the list under Art. 4 of the Ordinance on Compulsory Insurance of Employees for Occupational Accident Risk The insurance cover provides insurance protection upon occurrence of: - death of the insured person in consequence of an accident at work, - permanently reduced working capacity due to an accident at work, - temporary incapacity to work due to the so-- medical expenses, including costs of medication and medical devices, in the case of an accident at work, - additional risks without the payment of an additional premium at the bid of the participant, - the number of insured persons as at 23 March 2018 is 301, total insurance amount (7 times the gross annual salary of the worker and / or employee) is 26-893 524 BGN. At the conclusion of the public procurement contract, the contracting authority will present an up-to-date list of persons subject to insurance. The participant must hold a license to carry out insurance business in accordance with the subject of this order issued by the relevant competent authority. Compliance with the requirement under item 1 shall be declared by the participant in Part IV, letter "A" of EEADP, indicating information on the existence of a license to conduct insurance business in accordance with the subject matter of this contract issued by the relevant competent authority, and where the participant is an insurer from another member state of the European Union, declares that it can carry out insurance activity on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria under the right of establishment or-the freedom to provide services under Art. 49 and 50 of the Insurance Code. The document proving the requirement under item 1 is a copy of a valid insurance license issued by the relevant competent authority and where the participant is an insurer from another Member State of the European Union carrying out insurance activity on the territory of the Republic Bea copy of a document submitted to him by the competent authority of the home Member State, a notification that the Financial Supervision Commission has provided information within the meaning of Art. 46, para. 1 and 2 of the CC, that the participant intends to take out insurances according to the classes of items 1 and 2 of section II, letter A or classis insurances under items 1 and 2 according to Section II, letter "B", item "a" of Appendix 1 to the Insurance Code on the Territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Evidence shall be submitted in accordance with Art. 67, para. 5 and 6 of the Public Procurement Act

There are no requirements for the economic and financial status of the participants in this tender. For participants in the procedure, they should not be basedthe removal referred to in Art. 54, para. 1, item 1, item 2, item 3, item 4, item 5, item 6 and item 7 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 and item 4 of the Public Procurement Act. Participants should not be subject to the prohibitions in Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners, as well as theArticle 69 of the Law on Counteracting Corruption and Forfeiting the Unlawfully Acquired Property (PUPONI). According to Art. 67, para. 1 of the PPA when submitting a tender, the participant declares compliance with the selection criteria and the lack of grounds for elimination by submitting the EEDOP. Documents demonstrating the information specified in the EEDOP may be required at extra costArt. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act. According to Art. 67, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act before the conclusion of a public procurement contract, the contracting authority requires the contractor to submit up-to-date documents certifying the lack of grounds for removal from the procedure as well as compliance with the selection criteria. Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors and third parties if-there are some. The performance guarantee is 3% of the estimated value of the order without VAT included. The guarantee is presented in one of the following forms: - cash, - bank guarantee, - insurance covering the performance by covering the contractor's liability.
