The market subject to the tender concerns the establishment of 2 insurance policies:
- a health insurance policy loss of salary couall GA employees on indefinite term contracts, - a LAA supplementary accident insurance policy covering all GA employees with a valid employment contract (including fixed-term contracts).

Negotiations: Negotiations on prices, discounts and services are prohibited.urs: this invitation to tender being subject to the Geneva Public Procurement Regulation (GSRG L 6 05.01), it may be appealed within 10 days of its publication in FAO at the latest. the Administrative Chamber of the Geneva Court of Justice, Rue du Mont-Blanc 18, PO Box 1956, 1211 Geneva 1. The appeal must be filed in two copies, refer tothis invitation to tender and contain the duly substantiated submissions, indicating the evidence and the signature of the appellant.
