The Contractor is required to demonstrate that he has a concession, permit, license or document confirming that the Contractor isany to one of the professional or commercial registers kept in a Member State of the European Union in which the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence, provided that the obligation to have them results from separate provisions, or declare that in the scope of the above-mentioned activity documents are not required.

The Employer does not specify the detailed conditions regarding economic situationfinancial or financial.

1. Based on Article. 24aa of the Act, the Employer may first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the Contractor whose tender has been assessed as the most advantageous, is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure.

2. Contractors who meet the conditions for participation in the procedure and are not subject to exclusion from pservice in the circumstances specified in the Public Procurement Law. In order to confirm the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure and the lack of grounds for excluding the Contractor from participation in the procedure and to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified by the Employer, the Employer requests the documents specified in Chapter VIII and IX of the ToR.

3. Bidder remainingbound for 60 days. The period begins with the deadline for submission of bids.
