Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1)-UNIT RESCUE DROPSIDE TRUCK
1) The Municipal Government of Motiong through the LOCAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT FUND OF 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS ONLY (Php 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1)-UNIT RESCUE DROPSIDE TRUCK with Contract No.: 26-32 to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Motiong invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1)-UNIT RESCUE DROPSIDE TRUCK. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon perfection of the contract. Bidders should have completed, at least within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least fifty percent (50%) of the proposed project for bidding, from the date of submission and receipt of bids contracts similar to the Project.
