Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE RENOVATION/IMPROVEMENT OF EXECUTIVE AND LEGISLATIVE BUILDING - PHASE 5
1)The Municipal Government of Motiong through the 20% Development Fund of the Municipality for Funding Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION PESOS ONLY (Php 4, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the RENOVATION/IMPROVEMENT OF EXECUTIVE AND LEGISLATIVE BUILDING - PHASE 5 with Contract No.: 26-012. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Municipal Government of Motiong invites bids for the RENOVATION/IMPROVEMENT OF EXECUTIVE AND LEGISLATIVE BUILDING - PHASE 5. Completion of the Works is required within one hundred fifty (150) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
