Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of Infrastructure for the REPAIR OF EXECUTIVE BUILDING (ROOFING)
1.The Municipal Government of Motiong, through the 20% Development Fund of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thirty-One Thousand Seven Hundred Sixteen Pesos and 87/100 (Php 231, 716.87) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Infrastructure for the REPAIR OF EXECUTIVE BUILDING (ROOFING) with Contract No.: 25-035 located in Brgy. Poblacion 1-A, Motiong, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Municipal Government of Motiong now invites bids for Procurement of Infrastructure for the REPAIR OF EXECUTIVE BUILDING (ROOFING). Completion of the Works is required within 25 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Instruction to Bidders.
