Within the Val d'Oise Department, the Information Systems and Digital Department (DSIN) is responsible for advice to business departments, strategy and design, project management assistance and project management. in terms of information systems and digital uses. Around 100 administrative sites located throughout the territory of the Val d'Oise Department are managed by the DSIN. The Department of Val d'Oise wishes to equip its training and assembly of interactive screens for videoconferencing, or to share documents/presentations from a laptop or any other equipment and renew obsolete or end-of-life equipment. The requirement will include at least one screen and its support. mounting, a sound bar (with integrated camera) and its mounting system, a wireless conference system. The consultation is launched in the form of an open call for tenders pursuant to articles R. 2124-1 and -2, R. 2131-16 and -17, R.2161-1 to -5, R.2162-1 to -6 and R.2162-13 and -14 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders without a minimum overall amount and with a maximum overall amount of 600, 000 euro(s) excluding tax over a firm period of four years.
