Contract for maintenance services (preventive and corrective), technical support, evolutionary development and training for Drupal portals of the University of Jaén. Continuity of service and functional evolution: The University of Jaén needs to guarantee the continuity and evolution of the Corporate web portals (www.ujaen.es), Diario Digital (diariodigital.ujaen.es) and Mecenazgo Donaciones (mecenazgodonaciones.ujaen.es), based on Drupal. The interruption of these services would have a direct impact on the university activity, therefore it is essential to contract specialized services that cover preventive and corrective maintenance, evolutionary development (including integrations, adaptations of modules or topics) and training. Technical support specialized: Specialized technical support is needed to manage complex incidents, which cannot be addressed due to the lack of sufficient human resources. Security: It is essential to apply regular security updates to correct vulnerabilities. Likewise, it is essential to update the platform to Drupal 11 or later versions, to avoid technological obsolescence. Regulatory compliance: The maintenance of updated systems is a basic requirement within the Scheme National Security Agency (ENS), to guarantee the integrity and availability of public data.
