The Ministry of Water, Environment and Climate Change intends to undertake renovation and reconfiguration works at its Head Office located at 16A Half Way Tree Road, Kingston 5. The works form part of the Ministry-s infrastructure improvement initiative aimed at improving staff accommodation, functionality, circulation, safety, and the overall working environment. The project will be implemented in phases. This scope relates to Phase 1 which entails the priority renovation works required to support the Ministry-s immediate operational needs and to begin the reconfiguration of the facility to accommodate staff more efficiently.
